Our self-defense courses teach women of all ages how to defend themselves using their own "weapons"---hands, elbows, knees and feet---against common grabs, holds and ground attacks often used by aggressors. In order to mentally and physically prepare to defend against a real attack, you will experience realistic training scenarios and self-defense techniques. After completing your course, you can walk in greater confidence knowing the strategies that can help you survive.
This is focused, tactical training that will build self-defense skills appropriate for your gender, age, strength, ability and role.
